I was was watching “Love and Other Drugs” in the cinema and I had a moment of understanding relating to internal dialogue. Internal dialogue is important. They say that the things you internally say to yourself are more important that the things you say outwards. This is because what you say to yourself shows you how much you care about your self. So, are you positive or negative about yourself?
Try this: say 5 good things about yourself? I tried it and it was a little hard as you can see from the video blog above, maybe because I’m a recovering pessimist. Let me know what you 5 things you come up with?
